協議離婚
如果能夠好聚好散，那麼你就可以選擇協議離婚的方式，來結束兩人的關係。依照民法第1050條，兩願離婚，應以書面為之，有二人以上證人之簽名並應向戶政機關為離婚之登記。
簡單來說，當初怎麼辦結婚登記，現在就怎麼辦協議離婚登記，夫妻雙方帶著有兩位證人以上簽名之離婚協議書到戶政機關簽名辦理離婚登記，就可以完成協議離婚手續。如果一方不願意到場辦理登記，那麼就只能走判決離婚的程序。
協議離婚的情況 在協議離婚的情況，雙方名下不動產的所有權歸屬可自行約定。例如協議由A取得房子、B取得現金。
